Stack's April 22-23 Sale Full of Cool Banknotes
April 09, 2009

Stack's rare coins will be offering a nice grouping of material, April 22-23 in Rosemont, Illinois.

That is the same timeperiod as the Chicago International Coin Fair, but the auction will be in the hotel next door to the convention hotel.

Such things should not deter collectors of taking advantage of selections in the sale.

Lots 428-661 are exquisite World Bank Note Specimen issues or color trials. Many are from the Bradbury & Wilkinson Co. Archives and include notations as to the printing job number and production date.

There is also a wonderful grouping of Canada, as well as many other nice bank notes. Worth the walk over to the hotel, and certainly worth spending some time viewing the catalog in person or on their website.
